1. e-Waste team picks up at your facility based on customer needs, logistics, and billing type and assumes chain of custody

2. Items are weighed and securely stored

4. Items are audited to customer's specifications and needs

Do you recycle items for residential or individual customers?

Unfortunately, we do not offer recycling services for individuals. We only provide services for businesses and other organizations that have larger quantities of hardware that require recycling in a secure and eco-friendly manner.

Where are you located?

We are located in Hudson, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. We can service customers across the country, but primarily focus on the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.

What is R2v3?

R2v3 is the leading standard for electronics repair and recycling, created and managed by Sustainable Electronics Recycling International (SERI). The R2 standard provides a common set of processes and requirements for businesses that repair and recycle used electronics, with an emphasis on quality, safety, transparency, and environmental/social responsibility.

Where does my equipment end up?

Most materials are sold to markets in the United States, and may be used to make new products in the jewelry, plating, electronics, automotive and creative industries.

Proceeds from the sale of these materials help offset the costs of de-manufacturing and processing the electronic waste. No materials are shipped overseas.
