Drive/Data Destruction
Our clients have the ultimate say in final disposition of assets. Our default procedure is to remove the drives from any memory bearing devices, run them through our degausser, which uses magnetic pulse erasure, and then takes a photo of the drive. We then crush (HDD) or shred (SSD) the drive. Assets can be remarketed without removable hard drives with zero decrease in value.
Liability Indemnification
We indemnify in accordance with the terms of our Certificate of Destruction and insurance coverage including Professional Liabililty coverage. Our indemnification covers up to $5 million per incident. We also offer the option of naming the client on our policy.
Accounting/Financial Settlement
e-Waste inventories “reusable” assets per client’s direction and allows visibility through customer portal for selection. Upon direction of Client, we segregate units selected for donation and pack/ship to end user supplied by client. Program cost to be determined as to level of services provided (i.e. any loading of software after logical memory erasure; special packaging required, etc.)
Similar to Client-directed donation program above, we make available to client an inventory of assets available for Employee buy back based on client’s selection criteria. E-Waste can transact directly with employees at client agreed upon pricing and process their respective payments or we can serve as a fulfillment arm of the client where client transacts with employee (client accepts payment) and we ship out selected item to employee
Revenue Share may be earned on the remarketing of salable equipment based on a percentage of sale net of SG&A costs. Revenue Share earned may be maintained as a credit balance to cover invoices for service fees or disbursed directly to clients as a customer remittance or paid to client-directed third party vendors for goods and services
